Must be undertaken no less than 3 months between each other
2nd, 1st Kyu and Black belt / sash (or equilivent, 1 and two grades before black) must be undertaken no less than 6 months between each other.
2nd Dan / Degree Must be undertaken no less than 2 years after 1st Dan / degree usually with continuous training.
3rd Dan / Degree Must be undertaken no less than 3 years after 3rd Dan / degree usually with continuous training.
4th Dan / Degree Must be undertaken no less than 4 years after 4th Dan / degree usually with continuous training.
5nd Dan / Degree usually awarded no less than 5 years after 5st Dan / degree usually with continuous training.
Testing / grading examiners must be minimum of two for each and every grading / testing at least 18 years or above and 1st dan / degree or higher.
Testing / grading examiners must be also be minimum of two grades higher than belt / sash they are testing.
